Welcome to my blog. My philosophy on overcoming anxiety is a combination of both medicine (I prefer natural medicine instead of pharmaceutical drugs) and good cognitive therapy.
Why both? Because anxiety and panic disorders affect you both mentally and physically. Finding the proper meds can help you overcome the physical symptoms of anxiety. But you also need some help with the mental aspects and challenges that accompany anxiety. Here on my anxiety blog I'll address both
